Harbinger Consultants LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Harbinger FinLab (“Harbinger FinLab,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operates the website at harbinger.finance (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us, and how we use it.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps, for security and operations.
Spam protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots on our forms. It may process device and usage signals as described in Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Third-party links
The Site links to other websites, such as RoboSystems, RoboLedger, and GitHub. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
