Harbinger Consultants LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Harbinger FinLab (“Harbinger FinLab,” “we,” “us,” “our”), operates the website at harbinger.finance (the “Site”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us, and how we use it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and timestamps, for security and operations.
Spam protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots on our forms. It may process device and usage signals as described in Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:

Cookies & tracking
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our security tooling and infrastructure may set strictly necessary cookies or tokens so the Site and its forms work correctly.
For traffic analytics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-preserving service. It measures aggregate usage — such as page views and referrers — without setting cookies, tracking you across sites, or fingerprinting your device.
Data retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and for our reasonable business records, after which we delete or anonymize them.
Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing hello@harbinger.finance. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA); contact us and we will honor applicable requests.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Other sites, including our affiliate
The Site links to other websites, such as GitHub. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
RoboSystems and RoboLedger are products of RFS LLC, an affiliate under common ownership with us. They are a separate legal entity with their own privacy policy, which governs any data you provide to them. This policy covers only data you provide to us through this Site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.
