Terms of Service

The Site describes who we are and what we do, and lets you get in touch. It does not itself provide accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice, and using it does not create a professional or client relationship.

Any services are governed by a separate written agreement, and which entity you contract with depends on the service. Consulting, advisory, and integration-development services are contracted with us — under our Master Service Agreement as incorporated by a signed Statement of Work, or another written agreement executed by both parties. Platform subscriptions and hosted deployments are contracted with our affiliate RFS LLC (RoboSystems) under its own agreements. The signed agreement identifies the contracting party in every case. Nothing on the Site is an offer, and no engagement exists until such an agreement is signed.

When you submit our contact form, please provide accurate information. Submitting the form does not obligate us to provide any services, and it does not create a binding engagement.

You agree not to:

• —Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• —Attempt to disrupt the Site or gain unauthorized access to it or its systems
• —Scrape or harvest data from the Site through automated means, except as expressly permitted
• —Infringe the rights of others or misrepresent your identity

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the Harbinger FinLab name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We also own the ROBOSYSTEMS and ROBOLEDGER trademarks, which are licensed to RFS LLC. You may not copy, modify, or reuse our content without our permission. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

RoboSystems and RoboLedger are products of RFS LLC, an affiliate under common ownership with us. We own the ROBOSYSTEMS and ROBOLEDGER trademarks and the associated domains, which are licensed to RFS LLC, and we provide management and platform operations services to RFS LLC under a written agreement.

They are separate legal entities with their own terms, privacy policies, and customer agreements. Using their products is governed by those agreements, not by these Terms.

The Site links to third-party websites and services, such as GitHub. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbinger FinLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

We may change or discontinue the Site, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of these Terms lies in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming.
