Last updated — June 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at harbinger.finance (the “Site”), operated by Harbinger Consultants LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Harbinger FinLab (“Harbinger FinLab,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is informational

The Site describes who we are and what we do, and lets you get in touch. It does not itself provide accounting, financial, tax, or legal advice, and using it does not create a professional or client relationship. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement between you and us.

Contacting us

When you submit our contact form, please provide accurate information. Submitting the form does not obligate us to provide any services, and it does not create a binding engagement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to disrupt the Site or gain unauthorized access to it or its systems
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Site through automated means, except as expressly permitted
  • Infringe the rights of others or misrepresent your identity

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, and the Harbinger FinLab name and logo — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reuse our content without our permission. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Third-party links & services

The Site links to third-party websites and services, such as RoboSystems, RoboLedger, and GitHub. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbinger FinLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site.

Changes

We may change or discontinue the Site, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
